I really like this theme but cant upload it.
In the .rar file its just a file? My Windows 7 does not know what it is.

Uploading the .rar into WordPress just fails.

What have I done wrong?

When I try to activate it, it says Stylesheet missing.

Is this because my blog is 2.9?
