Here is a great wordpress theme by NattyWP, it is a nice looking office layout great for designers and people looking to network with others. It has plenty of options behind the scenes, it has a great top layout with what looks like a wood grain desk where you can explain what your website is about, getting the attention of your first time readers, comes with a sign-up button to get your reader involved, plenty of widgets giving your readers the chance to submit your site to social networking sites, the back-end has a great feature with changing the colour where you can view your website on the fly as you pick your colours for all different parts of your website, A nice new feature I have yet to see in a wordpress theme.
